• By accessing and subscribing to Remedy, you are confirming that you agree with and will be bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms and Conditions outlined here.  These terms apply not only to Remedy, but also any of our websites, as well as any email or other type of communication between you and Remedy Rx.   

• Remedy Rx grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the websites or Remedy strictly in accordance with the terms set forth here. 

Medical disclaimer

• Remedy Rx is a digital health company.  We are not a healthcare or medical device provider, nor should Remedy or our sites be considered medical advice.  Only your physician or other healthcare provider can offer that.   

• Remedy Rx makes no claims, representations or guarantees that Remedy or our sites provide a health-related or therapeutic benefit.  Remedy and our sites should not be used as a medical device or in place of professional medical advice, as a substitute for proper and personalised professional medical advice or be used to make decisions about your health.  We also cannot answer any medical queries either through Remedy or via email or any other means.   

• Any advice or other materials in Remedy or our websites are intended for general information purposes only.  They are not intended to be relied upon and are not a substitute for professional medical advice based on your individual condition and circumstances.   

• The advice and other materials we make available are intended to support the relationship between you and your healthcare providers and not replace it.  We are not liable or responsible for any consequences of your having read or been told about such advice or other materials as you assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions.   

• In particular, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the advice, other materials and information published as part of Remedy or our websites.  

Your suggestions

• Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, Suggestions) provided by you to us with respect to Remedy or our websites shall remain our sole and exclusive property. 

• We shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.   

Third Party Services

• We partner with a variety of suppliers to provide users with the best possible experience on our websites, including a website creator and an application programming interface (API) provider. 

• We may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other product services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third Party Services”). 

• You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof.  We do not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.   

• Third Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties’ terms and conditions.   

Links to other websites

• These terms apply across Remedy, our websites, and any other communication operated and controlled Remedy Rx. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us.   

• Please remember that when you use a link to go from Remedy to another website, our terms are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our platform, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies.   

Intellectual property

• Remedy or our websites and their entire contents, features, functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, videos and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Remedy Rx, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.   

• The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Remedy Rx, unless and except as is expressly provided in these Terms and Condition.  Any unauthorised use of the material is prohibited.   

• If you are a copyright owner or such owner’s agent and believe any material on our websites or the Remedy App constitutes an infringement on your copyright, please contact us setting forth the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on his behalf; (b) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (c) your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email; (d) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owners; and (e) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.   

Restrictions 

• You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: 

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit Remedy or our websites or make the platform available to any third party. 

• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of Stella or our websites.   

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Remedy Rx or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of Remedy or our websites.     

Indemnification 

• You agree to indemnify and hold Remedy Rx and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of Remedy or our websites; (b) violation of these Terms or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party. 

No warranties

• Remedy and our websites are provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.  Without limitation to the foregoing, we provide no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that Remedy or our websites will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.   

Limitation of liability

• Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Remedy Rx and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the websites or the Remedy App.   

Updates to our Terms

• We may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our business and products.  Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect.  Then, if you continue to use the Remedy App or our websites, you will be bound by the updated Terms.  If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account and cease using our websites.
